Temporary changes in the schedule of some trains between Sofia and Kulata
25/07/2006

In connection with reconstruction of the track between General Todorov and Kulata, performed by the National Railway Infrastructure Company in the period between 25th July and 2nd August with the exeption of 29th-30th July (the weekend), Bulgarian State Railways EAD introduce temporary changes in the schedule of some trains. Four fast trains and one regional train, which should operate via the reconstructed section, will run only to and from General Todorov station. Bulgarian State Railways EAD will provide buses to transport passengers from these trains between General Todorov and Kulata.

These changes concern the fast trains No 5621 and No 5624 between Sofia and Kulata, which during the whole period of reconstruction works will operate only between Sofia and General Todorov.

Only on 1st August, two more fast trains – No 5611 and No 5610 – between Sofia and Kulata will also operate only between Sofia and General Todorov. On the same day, the regional train No 50 132 from Kulata to Dupnitsa will depart from General Todorov instead of Kulata.

Passengers can acquire detailed information from railway stations and agencies.
