Participants in this tariff are:
• PKP Cargo
• ZSSK - Zeleznicna Spolocnost Slovakia, the Slovak Republic.
• UZ – the Ukrainian Railways
• Societatea Nationala de Transport Feroviar de Marfa, CFR-Marfa S.A.
• Bulgarian State Railways (BDZ EAD).
From the point of view of BDZ EAD, the tariff is applied for wagon consignments transported as import/export between PKP Cargo, ZSSK and BDZ EAD and as transit along UZ – the Ukrainian Railways and CFR-Marfa on the basis of the Uniform Rules Concerning the Contract for International Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM).
For the territory of UZ – the Ukrainian Railways, transit transport is carried out only on the sector with a 1435 mm track gauge between the border crossings Cierna nad Tisou border/ Cop border (950) and Djakovo border /Halmeu border (930)
For the territory of BDZ EAD, the tariff is applied only for the carriage of goods as import/export via Ruse border and as transit Ruse border – Port of Burgas, Port of Varna and back.
The tariff was written in Russian.
The tariff currency is the Euro. Carriage prices and additional charges envisaged in this tariff and calculated in Euro are collected by the forwarder/receiver for the distance to/from the border crossings at the border with UZ – Cerna ×åðíà nad Tisou border or Halmeu border. For the territory of UZ, activities are carried out through a forwarder.
The bases for the calculation of the carriage price are:
• the designation of the goods;
• the tariff distance;
• the type of the consignment;
• the mass of the consignment;
• other conditions envisaged in the tariff.
Carriage prices are calculated separately for every railway enterprise taking part in the transportation on the basis of tariff distances.
In the calculation of carriage prices and additional charges, for the BDZ distance the actual mass of the consignment is rounded up to a full 100 kg. |
