The prices and the conditions of carriage of goods in international traffic are determined according to the TEA Tariff (Tariff Europe – Asia) or the SUR (Slovakia – Ukraine – Romania) Tariff, with the exception of carriages through Varna Ferry Station where either the Bulgarian ETPT Tariff (Common Tariff for the Transport of Goods) is applied – or the ETT (Common Transit Tariff) tariff.

The TEA tariff is compulsory when taking part in the transport are railways that are members of the tariff, that is, the railways of the following countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnja and Hertsegovina, Serbia and Monte Negro, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Syria and Iran.

The SUR tariff is applied in the transport between Poland/Slovakia – Ukraine – Romania/Bulgaria, when this has been prescribed by the forwarder, whereby in this case the TEA tariff is not compulsory.

The ETT tariff is applied in the transport through Varna Ferry Station, during transit through Bulgaria, when this has been prescribed by the forwarder.

In international traffic carriages, the sample CIM consignment note is used, and the SMGS consignment note through Varna Ferry Station.
