Minister Mutachiev will reward the locomotive crew of the fast train

The Minister of transport, Petar Mutafchiev, issued an order for awarding the two locomotive drivers of fast train No 8615 for their exceeding professionalism and timely actions, which helped prevent casualties and damages during the accident at Kazichene station. Each of the locomotive drivers will receive a watch and a mobile phone.
For the responsible execution of professional duties and contribution to the organization of bus transport for the passengers from fast train No 8615, the Executive Director of “Bulgarian State Railways” EAD will award the locomotive and train crew with cash awards as follows:
• Rumen Stoilov, locomotive driver – awarded with BGN 1 500.;
• Bozhidar Velev, assistant locomotive driver – awarded with BGN 1000;
• Tomo Totov, Head of train crew – awarded with BGN 200;
• Donka Todorova, ticket collector – awarded with BGN 150;
• Valentina Vassileva, ticket collector – awarded with BGN 150;
• Branimir Marinchovski, trainee ticket collector – awarded with BGN 150.

Until the restoration of train traffic in the vicinity of Kazichene station, some trains will operate along a diiferent route – via Karlovo station. “Bulgarian State Railways” EAD provide buses in the section between Iskar and Elin Pelin stations for the passengers from regional fast trains which will not be redirected.
