A car crashed into a passing train

Today at about 15:30 a Suzuki crossed unlawfully a railway level crossing in the vicinity of Trud station and crashed into a passing EMU, running along the route from Plovdiv to Hisar. The automatic level-crossing sygnalling was on and the barriers were in „Crossing forbidden“ position during the incident. The driver of the car was contused lightly. First Aid services were immediately called. No passengers or railway personnel in the EMU were hurt. Transport police was informed and conducts and investgation.
